Outfit Of The Day: London Fashion Week

Hey Guys

So today I had the opportunity to go to the House Of iKons Fashion Show for London Fashion Week at the Hilton Hotel, Paddington. It was an amazing experience and I met some nice people along the way. Here is just a little post showing you guys what I wore to the show.

Admitadly I only managed to put this outfit together last night as the dress only arrived then and... just my luck, it was too big. But after frantically searching for a safety pin this morning, I think its safe to say I made it work. I thought the hat was the perfect finishing touch to this outfit. However, during the day, while taking photos, the hat became annoying so a neat little pony tale did the job.

Anyway, I am completely shattered after an amazing day, So I think its time for me to hit the hay.

Summer Round Up

Hey Guys!!

Firstly I just wanted to update my blog seeing at it has been like forever since I last put up a post. I guess things have been pretty hectic and crazy over the summer, with working two internships and a lot of travelling between London and Bournemouth.

However, I did manage to make time for fashion (and yes I guess that does mean some shopping was done) as this summer I went to Pakistan Fashion Week (which i already wrote about) and Africa Fashion Week. This was a crazy experience and it allowed me to see the fashion in different cultures.

I also, had the opportunity to go to the Miss Supernational Beauty Pageant, as a press photographer, Which showed me the importance of good timing (in terms of taking photographs... seriously, one second can be the different between an amazing photo and a pretty bad on), in a fast-paced environment.

And Finally (although it happened early in the Holiday), I got to experience life on the other side of the Camera when my Boyfriend and I went for a couples Photoshoot at Broadway Studio's, in Wimbledon. It was nice to be pampered and I was very pleased with the outcome of the photoshoot. Here's a little preview for you.

I hope to do a lot more blogging on there in the next weeks/months. (Fingers crossed I stick to it this time).
